How It Works
One weekly Zoom session — 45 minutes, focused and personalized to where you are that week. Not a check-in box.
CBT Tools — building a complete personal toolkit over eight weeks. Thought records, cognitive restructuring, behavioral experiments, coping cards, relapse prevention, values clarification. All of it designed to work with your specific challenge, in your specific life.
Four custom hypnotherapy recordings — delivered across the program and yours to keep forever. Each one builds on the last. Each one is personalized to your safe place imagery, your anchors, your language, and your specific behavioral target. This is not a generic meditation. This is a recording made for your nervous system specifically.
A complete personal anchor system — somatic cues you can access anywhere, invisibly, in any moment that requires regulation. Before a performance. In the middle of a hard conversation. At 2am when the brain starts running. Eight seconds. No one around you will even notice.
Full between-session support — you don't disappear between Zoom calls. The program continues every single day through your recordings, your CBT tools, and your anchor practice. Change happens in the in-between, and this program is designed for that.
The 8-Week Journey
Weeks 1–3: Foundation We identify the pattern, find its root, and begin building your personal regulation toolkit. Your first hypnotherapy recording is delivered in Week 1. By the end of Week 3, you will begin to understand — perhaps for the first time — exactly what has been driving the behavior you've been trying to change.
Weeks 4–7: Rewiring This is the active change phase. New CBT tools applied to real situations as they arise. New hypnotherapy recordings deepening the subconscious work every two weeks. Behavioral experiments that give your nervous system new data. The identity shift from "I am trying to change" to "I am someone who responds differently now" begins here.
Week 8: Completion & Launch You leave with all four recordings, a complete personal toolkit, a written relapse prevention plan, and a maintenance strategy. You also leave with something harder to quantify but unmistakable when it arrives — the felt sense that something has actually shifted.
*Weeks 9–12: Integration (VIP Option) Bi-weekly check-ins to consolidate the change, catch any regression early, and build the bridge from "I completed a program" to "this is simply who I am now."
