With a Bachelors in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters of School Counseling from USC, Megan integrates psychology, habit formation, hypnotherapy, and high performance health coaching as a holistic approach to her practice. Her background in psychology and fitness is extensive. She has opened wellness studios in Southern California, launched a coaching and consulting practice, and has hosted both local and destination events for women. Megan has experience with kids of all ages and well as adults. She has extensive experience as a business coach providing the application of high performance business habits with mental well-being.

Drawing from her experience as a school counselor in Los Angeles Unified School District and specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, ABA behavior therapy, mindfulness practices, meditation, hypnotherapy, and behavior modification, she offers personalized interventions tailored to each client's unique developmental needs, goals, and circumstances.

Megan is dedicated to helping individuals and children reduce anxiety, develop positive habits, and create meaningful pathways toward greater well-being and personal fulfillment. Her therapeutic practice emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and practical tools throughout the counseling process.

She is also certified in Yoga and Meditation. Megan has hosted sacred women’s retreats as well as VIP Day intensives all over the world, empowering women to overcome their setbacks and turning their challenges into their greatest superpowers.
