5 Steps to Reframe

  • Identify

    Identify the vision that you have for yourself. What do you want your outcome to be? Additionally, what are the conversations that are getting in the way of you getting what you want?

  • Clear

    Find tools to clear the space. Absent of thought is no longer momentum towards to neagativity and thoughts that are getting in the way. ie: hiking, meditation, skiing, sports, walking, journaling

  • Reframe

    Write down all the negative thoughts you have and replace them with a mantra that empowers you. Providence evidence that supports your new mantra

  • Aware

    Turn on your emotional thermometer. How you feel about everything is EVERYTHING. How do you find joy in this moment? Continue to anchor to evidence to support your new mantra.

  • Momentum

    Be like an olympic athlete! Rinse, repeat and practice these steps daily using the tools created.
